Section 30
Delegation of Rights Delegation of Rights

(1) The Assembly may delegate all or some of its powers to the Executive Council or the Vice-Chancellor in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act.
(2) The Academic Council may delegate all or some of its powers to the Academic Council of the University in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act.
(3) The Executive Council may delegate all or some of the powers granted to it in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act to any officer of the University or any committee of the University.
(4) The Service Commission may delegate all or some of the powers vested in it in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act to any committee of the University.
